Provincial leaders visited and encouraged people of Van Lang and Van Han communes who suffered damage due to storms and floods.

On the afternoon of October 14, comrade Dinh Quang Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen province, visited Van Lang and Van Han communes to visit, encourage and share difficulties with local Party committees, authorities and people affected by storm No. 11.

Comrade Dinh Quang Tuyen presented gifts to support people in Tan Lien hamlet, Van Lang commune.

In Van Lang commune, the total damage caused by storm No. 11 is estimated at over 112 billion VND, of which damage to houses and property of people is about 13.85 billion VND with more than 700 households flooded, 400 households had to temporarily relocate. Many areas of crops, livestock, food, and household items were swept away, seriously affecting people's lives.

Representatives of Tan Lien hamlet received gifts to thank the attention of the Party committees, authorities and benefactors.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee warmly visited and encouraged the people of Tan Lien hamlet, the area that suffered the most damage, and presented 10 gifts to support households in difficult circumstances, expressing his wish that the government and people would soon stabilize their lives and restore production after the natural disaster.

Comrade Dinh Quang Tuyen presented gifts to Hai Ha school (Khe Mo Kindergarten), Van Han commune.

Afterwards, he continued to Hai Ha school (Khe Mo Kindergarten, Van Han commune), which was deeply flooded during the flood, with estimated damage of about 300 million VND.

Comrade Dinh Quang Tuyen gave gifts to some households in Ao Rom 2 hamlet, Van Han commune.

Here, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented gifts to support the school and encouraged some affected households in Ao Rom 2 hamlet. He affirmed that the province will continue to mobilize social resources, join hands to help localities quickly overcome the consequences, and bring life back to normal.
