- On the evening of October 2 (ie August 11 of the lunar calendar), the provincial working delegation led by Comrade Doan Thanh Son, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited and presented gifts to children at Loc Binh Hope Center, Loc Binh commune on the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival 2025.

Loc Binh Hope Center is a non-public social protection facility established in 2003. After 22 years of establishment, the center has raised 220 children to adulthood, many of whom have gone to university, vocational school, graduate school and have stable jobs, some of whom have returned to work at the center.

Comrade Doan Thanh Son, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, on behalf of the working delegation, presented gifts to children at Loc Binh Hope Center.

Currently, the center is raising, caring for, and educating 25 children with especially difficult circumstances. The youngest child is 6 years old and the oldest is studying at the Pedagogical University in Hanoi.
