This time, the work of taking a vote of confidence for cadres is to re-examine cadres and re-examine cadre work. In addition, the vote of confidence is also to require cadres with low confidence to strive to do their jobs better. At the same time, through the vote of confidence, it contributes to assessing the prestige and performance of the assigned duties and tasks of cadres.
This is also an important basis for proposing that the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee continue to train, foster, arrange and use cadres; improve the effectiveness of leadership, management and supervision of key cadres of the district. Accordingly, the process of organizing the vote of confidence is carried out in accordance with Regulation 96-QD/TW of the Central Committee and the directive documents of the City Party Committee, ensuring substance and contributing to strengthening the trust of cadres, party members and people in each comrade in the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee.
