Get comments and suggestions for developing Tam Thanh tourism

At the Tam Thanh fishing village cultural space, the People's Committee of Quang Phu ward has just coordinated with the Center for Living and Learning for the Environment and Community (Live & Learn) to organize a consultation session to collect opinions and contributions to the development plan for Tam Thanh tourism within the framework of the project "Green Citizen - Healthy City".

The consultation session attracted the participation of many union members, young people, tourism service businesses and local people. Many creative ideas were shared, such as: organizing experiential tours with young people as tour guides, developing handmade souvenir products, building green tourism models, organizing activities to protect the marine environment, applying digital technology in promoting the image of local tourism, etc.

Through group discussions, youth union members and local people together introduced local cultural values, landscapes and livelihoods, aiming towards a community tourism model owned by local people, linking socio -economic development with cultural preservation and environmental protection.

Representatives of the Live & Learn Center also introduced a number of activities that will be implemented in the Tam Thanh beach area such as: organizing study tours, supporting young people in developing communication content about green tourism, organizing a competition for young tour guides, supporting vehicles and equipment for volunteer clubs to protect the environment...
