Adoption ceremony with foreign elements

Pursuant to Decision No. 01017/QD-UBND dated September 15, 2025 of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province on the adoption of a child with foreign elements for Nguyen Dang Phat Tai, born on October 20, 2008; residence: Hamlet 4, Dam Doi commune, Ca Mau province. On the afternoon of September 26, 2025, the Department of Justice of Ca Mau province held a ceremony to hand over the child for adoption with foreign elements for Nguyen Dang Phat Tai to be adopted by a foreigner in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Adoption.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Tran Hoang Loc - Director of the Department of Justice; Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh - Head of the Department of Administration and Judicial Support; representatives of the adoptive parent included: Ms. Dang Thanh The - the child's biological mother; the adoptive parent was Mr. Li, Jin-Lung , nationality: China (Taiwan).

At the handover ceremony, after approving the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee on foreign-related adoption, the parties carried out the procedures for signing the Adoption Registration Book and the Adoption Handover Minutes according to regulations.
