Memorial service and condolence book for former President Tran Duc Luong in New Zealand

On May 24, 25 and 26, the Vietnamese Embassy in New Zealand solemnly held a memorial service and wrote a condolence book in memory of Comrade Tran Duc Luong, former Politburo member and former President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Ambassador Phan Minh Giang expressed his condolences on the passing of former President Tran Duc Luong.

In the solemn and emotional atmosphere at the funeral and condolence book signing ceremony, on behalf of all staff of the Vietnamese Embassy in New Zealand, Ambassador Phan Minh Giang expressed his deep condolences at the passing of former President Tran Duc Luong, a great loss to the Party, State, People of Vietnam and his family, and at the same time remembered and expressed gratitude for Comrade Tran Duc Luong's great contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.

Ambassador Phan Minh Giang and all staff of the Vietnamese Embassy in New Zealand observed a moment of silence in memory of former President Tran Duc Luong.

Respectfully sending the deepest condolences to the family of comrade Tran Duc Luong, Ambassador Phan Minh Giang and all officers and staff of the Vietnamese Embassy in New Zealand silently commemorate and respectfully bow to bid farewell to former President Tran Duc Luong.
