Dong Nai artists and intellectuals believe in the congress

Faith and expectation in innovation

People's Artist Giang Manh Ha, Vice President of the Vietnam Stage Artists Association, President of the Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association, said: In the 2020-2025 term, Dong Nai has achieved great achievements in all fields, including literature and arts. This is the foundation and motivation for artists in the province to have more confidence in the leadership of the Party and the consensus of the people in the cause of building and developing the homeland to become more and more prosperous and civilized.

“This congress is of special importance as Dong Nai enters a new stage of development and deeper integration. In that context, literature and arts not only reflect the breath of life but also contribute to shaping the identity and promoting the image of a dynamic land rich in cultural traditions. This is where the quintessence of the region converges, producing many talented artists and intellectuals. With their responsibility, Dong Nai artists are always ready to contribute their intelligence and accompany the sustainable development of the province,” said Mr. Ha.

Excited and with high expectations for the congress, young author Le Phan Hieu Anh, Literature Department, Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association said: “We, the young generation, always clearly feel our responsibility in inheriting and continuing the cultural and artistic traditions of our province. I hope that this congress will introduce many new policies related to nurturing and developing young talents; creating conditions for young people to have more creative opportunities, bringing works that truly reflect the lives and aspirations of the people closer to the public.”

According to writer and teacher Bui Thi Bien Linh, former teacher of Phuoc Binh High School (Phuoc Binh Ward), the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term is not only an important political event but also an important milestone for the new Dong Nai after the province's merger. This is an opportunity for the province to set out strategic directions and effectively exploit the potential and strengths of each locality. At the same time, she hopes that the congress will arouse the desire for development, focus on improving the quality of human resources, especially through practical policies for students, contributing to helping the young generation on the path to establishing a career.

Sharing the same view, MSc. Phan Thanh Tuan, lecturer at Dong Nai University of Technology, shared: “Dong Nai has been paying attention and investing heavily in the fields of science, technology and education. I believe that the congress will propose new policies to promote research, innovation, and at the same time orient educational institutions to develop in line with the trend of the digital age. In addition, pay more attention to the lives of teachers and have practical support policies to help them feel secure in their work. In particular, building an overall development strategy for the whole province will contribute to bringing Dong Nai to new heights, meeting the expectations and trust of the people.”

In the period 2020-2025, Dong Nai artists and writers created more than 30,000 works in 10 fields. Hundreds of works won gold and silver medals and provincial, regional, national and international literary and artistic awards. Currently, Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association has nearly 100 members admitted to central professional associations.

Creative motivation from the congress

In the context of Dong Nai entering a new development phase after the merger, the role of intellectuals and artists is increasingly affirmed. They not only reflect social life through their works and research projects but also contribute to nurturing cultural identity and arousing the desire to rise up in each citizen.

Investment policies for scientific research, digital technology, along with attention to nurturing traditional cultural values; strengthening cultural diplomacy and people-to-people exchange will help Dong Nai build a foundation for sustainable development, promote its image and integrate internationally.

Also according to People's Artist Giang Manh Ha, the 1st Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, is an opportunity for the entire Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee to look back on the past journey, and at the same time open a new vision with breakthrough strategic orientations. From literature, music, fine arts, theater, cinema..., all are aiming for a common goal of economic development coupled with cultural development, improving the material and spiritual life of the people, building a comprehensively developed, friendly and affectionate Dong Nai people.
