At the conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decisions to establish and appoint the Executive Committees of the Trade Unions of 5 wards: Phan Rang, Dong Hai, Ninh Chu, Bao An, Do Vinh. The establishment of the ward trade union marks a new step in the development of the trade union organization, in line with the Party and State's policy on streamlining the apparatus and improving the operational efficiency of the 2-level local apparatus. The ward trade union will be an extension of the Provincial Federation of Labor in gathering, uniting, and promoting the strength of the working class and laborers in the locality.

After being established, the ward unions will focus on stabilizing the organization, building working regulations and assigning specific tasks to members; focusing on building a strong union organization, a team of union officials who are enthusiastic and dedicated to their work, truly a reliable support for union members and workers; mobilizing workers to join the union organization and establish grassroots unions and grassroots trade unions.
