After two months of taking care of his family, Mr. Son started harvesting the water spinach shoots. Every day he picks 20 kg of water spinach shoots.

The selling price of this wild vegetable is 15,000 VND/kg. He brings the water spinach to the markets, and earns 200,000 VND every day.

With 2,000 square meters of growing water spinach - a specialty vegetable, Mr. Lam Van Son's family has an income of 60 million VND/year, after deducting expenses, the profit is 50 million VND.
