Ha Tinh connects and cooperates with investors and businesses from Hungary in the field of applying high science and technology.

On the afternoon of September 27, 2025, a working delegation of the Vietnam Business Association in Hungary and Hungarian enterprises led by Mr. Pham Ngoc Chu, Chairman of the Vietnam Business Association in Hungary, visited and had a working session with Ha Tinh province to promote investment cooperation in the field of applying high science and technology from Europe.

Welcoming and working with the Delegation were representatives of the leaders of the Departments of Foreign Affairs, Construction, Agriculture and Environment, Science and Technology and a number of enterprises of Ha Tinh province.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Pham Ngoc Chu, Chairman of the Vietnam Business Association in Hungary, expressed his pleasure to visit and work in Ha Tinh and highly appreciated the socio-economic development of the province.

The leaders of the Department of Foreign Affairs highly appreciated the Nghe Tinh Association in Hungary; the Vietnam Business Association in Hungary for having recently had many connecting activities to support and promote cooperation activities between Ha Tinh province and Hungarian partners. At the meeting, comrade Tran Manh Hung provided general information on the socio-economic situation; potential, advantages, investment attraction work of the province as well as the cooperation situation between Ha Tinh province and Hungarian partners in the recent past. Accordingly, in the first 9 months of 2025, Ha Tinh's socio -economic situation achieved quite comprehensive results. Striving for the economic growth target of 8.7% for the whole year of 2025. Budget revenue reached over 15,350 billion VND. Export turnover is estimated at 1.28 billion USD; import reached over 2 billion USD. Focusing on efforts to improve the investment and business environment. Up to now, the whole province has 73 foreign investment projects with a total investment of over 16.1 billion USD. Among them, there are many projects of large domestic and foreign investors such as: Son Duong Port and Steel Complex of Formosa Group; 2 battery factories of Vingroup Group; Bac Thach Ha Industrial Park infrastructure project of VSIP Group...

Ha Tinh wishes to introduce, connect and promote to localities, organizations, businesses and investors from Hungary about its potential, advantages and priority areas for investment such as supporting industry, energy; logistics services; tourism, etc.

At the meeting, delegates from both sides also focused on discussing many potential contents to connect socio-economic development cooperation in the coming time, focusing on the fields of science and technology application, innovation and international cooperation, and business development. In particular, Hungarian enterprises discussed GWR Nano insulating liquid; WLC material production technology - Production of concrete from waste to replace sand and cement and the plan to promote cooperation between Hungarian enterprises and Ha Tinh enterprises related to GWR Nano insulating liquid; WLC material production technology.

Representatives of the Departments attending the meeting highly appreciated the connection to promote cooperation between the two sides in the fields of science and technology application, innovation, especially cooperation in production and consumption of GWR Nano insulating liquid and WLC material - Production of concrete from waste to replace sand and cement.

In the coming time, the Ha Tinh Department of Foreign Affairs will coordinate with relevant departments and branches to continue connecting so that Hungarian enterprises can continue to research, survey, introduce products, and cooperate in production and business with Ha Tinh enterprises in the field of high-tech science application.
