Postponing the award ceremony of the writing contest "Father and Daughter"

The second “Father and Daughter” writing contest in 2024 was launched by Vietnam Family Magazine on March 27, 2024 and ended on June 10, 2024. During the contest, the Organizing Committee received thousands of entries. Especially in the last days of receiving entries, the number of articles sent to the editorial office increased dramatically.

In June 2024, the contest's Jury conducted the preliminary and final rounds in the spirit of ensuring objectivity, accuracy, and impartiality in accordance with the Rules and Regulations for Judging.

Entries were judged by a prestigious panel of judges such as Poet Hong Thanh Quang, Writer Nguyen Mot, Writer Vo Hong Thu, Poet Tran Huu Viet... to select the best works.

In order to select the best quality works and have the most careful preparation for the closing and award ceremony, the organizing committee of the "Father and Daughter" Contest has decided to postpone the ceremony to July 2024 instead of the original schedule on June 28.

The specific time for the closing ceremony and awarding ceremony of the 2nd "Father and Daughter" contest in 2024 will be specifically announced to readers and authors.

The Organizing Committee will contact the winners directly to notify them of the time, location, and method of receiving the prize as soon as possible.

The 2nd "Father and Daughter" Writing Contest in 2024 has the following award structure: 01 first prize, 02 second prizes, 03 third prizes, 05 consolation prizes and 05 secondary prizes.

In addition to the cash prize, the winning authors will also receive a certificate from the Organizing Committee, a book containing the entries and gifts (if any) from the sponsor.
