The volume of vehicles carrying agricultural products for export increased dramatically.

According to the Department of Industry and Trade of Lam Dong province, from August 27 until now, the volume of vehicles carrying export goods from Lam Dong to border gates in Lang Son province has increased dramatically.

Lam Dong agricultural product exporting enterprises need to regularly update the capacity of wharfs and customs clearance speed at border gates of Lang Son province.

Specifically, from August 27 to 31 alone, there were 3,069 vehicles, reaching an average of 614 vehicles/day. Compared to the previous period, there was an increase of 114 - 164 vehicles/day. Accordingly, each day there were about 80 more vehicles waiting to be exported at Huu Nghi international border gate and other border gates of Lang Son province. Through coordination in regulating, dividing vehicles and guiding procedures for businesses, the authorities cleared an average of 1,761 vehicles/day. Of which, 535 vehicles/day were exported and 1,226 vehicles/day were imported.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment of the province, the Management Board of Industrial Parks, the Cooperative Union, and industry associations of Lam Dong province continue to coordinate to widely disseminate to enterprises and cooperatives regular updates on wharf capacity, customs clearance speed, and operations at border gates in Lang Son province; grasp information, mechanisms, policies, and regulations of the Chinese side to organize production, business, export, and import of goods to ensure quality according to regulations, minimizing risks and losses in the context of agricultural products entering the harvest season.
