At this year's event, MB introduced the latest digital technology solutions, notably the Biz MBBank digital financial platform - a digital banking application exclusively for businesses, to promote comprehensive digital transformation and enhance competitiveness for the private economic sector.

Synchronous and comprehensive digital transformation

Following the success of the event “Banking Industry Digital Transformation Day 2024”, the 2025 program with the theme “Smart Digital Ecosystem in the New Era” marks the milestone of summarizing the implementation of Decision 810/QD-NHNN and the orientation of digital transformation to 2030.

Taking place in the context of major resolutions such as Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo being issued, the event demonstrates the strong determination of the banking industry in its pioneering role in creating a modern digital financial ecosystem, contributing to bringing Vietnam to international stature.

Responding to the direction from the State Bank, MB has concretized its digital transformation strategy by focusing on technology and innovation, actively launching internal competitions and spreading digital thinking throughout the system.

Thousands of staff were trained to develop a culture of data-driven decision-making, aiming at the goal of comprehensive digital transformation for the entire population. MB is committed to accompanying the Government and the State Bank of Vietnam to make digital transformation a core task and driving force for sustainable development in the finance and banking industry.

At the technology booth within the event, MB introduced the Biz MBBank platform - a comprehensive financial solution developed specifically for Vietnamese businesses with three core values: Speed - Safety - Unlimited Connection.

Biz MBBank is not only an electronic banking application but also a smart digital financial ecosystem, integrating modern technologies such as AI, Big Data and DocAI. The solution allows businesses to carry out the entire credit process from approval, disbursement to issuance of letters of credit (L/C) completely online, without using paper documents. Processing time is 10 times shorter than traditional methods.

In particular, DocAI technology helps automate the document checking process, shortening processing time by 75%, increasing accuracy and minimizing operating costs. MB also deploys a credit scoring model based on real data such as cash flow, electronic invoices, account transactions - instead of depending on collateral - helping access to credit become more flexible and fair.

MB's technology booth was also honored to welcome Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, demonstrating the special attention of state leaders to modern digital financial solutions serving businesses.

Some outstanding results announced by MB at the event: 100% of business credit processes are done online, funding is provided in just 2 hours maximum; customs clearance is only after 1 second, thanks to synchronous connection with the customs system; automation of the entire process using AI, Big Data, DocAI technology; smart credit scoring based on cash flow, electronic invoices, tax records - regardless of collateral.
