However, the old roots will sprout new shoots on the next tree. According to Thao A Su, the thick-rooted flowers of the forest, which bloom after a month, are often peeled off by Mong flute artisans to make flute belts. In addition to the beauty that adorns the mountains and forests in late winter and early spring, thick-rooted trees are also used to make musical instruments, tools, and flowers to decorate houses...
