Xuan Pha dance is a folk performance depicting the scene of 5 ancient countries (China, Holland, Tu Huan, Champa, Ai Lao) bringing gifts along with their country's unique dances to congratulate the Emperor of ancient Vietnam. Xuan Pha dance was formed and developed for more than 1000 years to become a unique and special folk dance complex that takes place annually in Nghe Xuan Pha , Xuan Truong commune, Tho Xuan district , Thanh Hoa province and is listed as a national intangible cultural heritage. With the photo album "Unique Xuan Pha dance in Thanh Hoa", the author recreates the image of farmers stepping out of the fields, temporarily shaking off the mud and straw, putting on the clothes of the children and transforming into artistic images and recreating the glorious and majestic period of their ancestors from thousands of years ago.

Xuan Pha Dance consists of 5 very special dances called Hoa Lang , Tu Huan , Ai Lao , Ngo Quoc and Xiem Thanh . Xuan Pha Dance usually takes place from the 10th to the 12th of the second lunar month every year at the Xuan Pha Temple relic.

The photo and video contest “Happy Vietnam – Happy Vietnam”, organized by the Department of External Information, Ministry of Information and Communications on the website https://happy.vietnam.vn for all Vietnamese citizens and foreigners aged 15 and over.
