(Dan Tri) - Depending on the participating group, patients are covered by health insurance at different levels. The health insurance benefits will be adjusted when the 2024 Health Insurance Law comes into effect.
Law No. 51/2024/QH15 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Health Insurance (referred to as the Law on Health Insurance 2024). The level of health insurance benefits for health insurance participants is stipulated in Article 22.
Accordingly, when health insurance participants go for medical examination and treatment, the health insurance fund will pay for medical examination and treatment costs within the scope of benefits with different levels of benefits, depending on the group of health insurance participants.
