11th grade male student in Hai Phong was beaten by a group of friends and hospitalized

(Dan Tri) - A group of students from Phan Boi Chau High School (Hai Phong) got into a fight outside the school area, causing an 11th grade male student to break his bones and have to be hospitalized for treatment.

According to a report from Phan Boi Chau High School (Nam Sach Commune, Hai Phong ), on the afternoon of September 26, during dismissal time, MBN (11I grade student) collided with PTA (10K grade student) on the stairs. The incident was not reported to the teachers or the school.

In the 4th period on the morning of September 27, MBN continued to meet with the PTA in class 10K to resolve the conflict. Then, at about 5:20 p.m. the same day, in the urban area west of Nam Sach commune, the two sides got into a fight. N. and four other students were videotaped and posted on social media.

The school identified N. as the one who was beaten, and four other students involved, including PTA (class 10K), TVQ (class 10H), VPTD (class 10H), and NXH (class 10H). The students involved and their parents were invited to work and write a report.

At around 8pm the same day, the Board of Directors visited the hospital and was informed by the family that N. had a broken nose and a broken left hand hypophysis. By the afternoon of September 29, the medical examination results confirmed these injuries.

On the afternoon of September 29, the school's Disciplinary Council decided to suspend four students who participated in the beating for a week, and coordinate with Nam Sach commune police to continue handling the case.

The school said it always promotes and reminds students about obeying the law, traffic safety and preventing social evils. After the incident, the school organized additional thematic activities to stabilize the students' psychology.
