This is an event to celebrate the 8th International Conference of the UNESCO Global Geopark Network in the Asia- Pacific Region held in Cao Bang in September. The exhibition displays 51 paintings by artists from inside and outside the province.
The works are presented on oil paint, lacquer, silk, wood carving. Through the visual language with brilliant colors and graceful strokes, the artists have helped viewers immerse themselves in the colorful cultural space of the ethnic groups in the northern mountainous region and Cao Bang in particular.

Each painting displayed at the exhibition is a story, a perspective of the artist on the landscape, culture, and human life, creating a colorful overall picture of Cao Bang Mountains and Rivers.
Sharing with the press, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung, Chairman of the Cao Bang Province Literature and Arts Association, said: "The painting exhibition, in addition to displaying and bringing excellent works of artists to the public, is also a playground and an opportunity for artists to meet, exchange and share their passion in artistic work.
Thereby, practically motivating and encouraging artists to promote their talent, intelligence and enthusiasm, to explore and create paintings of high artistic value, loved by the public."
The exhibition "Colors of Cao Bang Mountains and Rivers" runs until September 10.
