What do graduates of Management Information Systems do?

I'm not sure what position I can have in a business if I study Management Information Systems.

I am in grade 12 this year, I like technology and participate in programming competitions at school and district levels. However, I do not like the direction of becoming a programmer but want to pursue a career that can combine both business knowledge and information technology.

I see that the Management Information System major meets my expectations but the career opportunities are not specific. If I study this major, after graduating, what positions can I work in the company?
