In recent years, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DTC) of the province has continuously launched and widely implemented patriotic emulation movements, creating an important driving force to encourage cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to strive to excellently complete assigned tasks.

Closely following the resolutions of the Central and the province, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has concretized emulation movements with practical and specific programs and plans. Patriotic emulation movements such as: "All people unite to build a cultural life"; "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas"; "The whole country joins hands for the poor, leaving no one behind"; "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025"; "The whole country competes in innovation and digital transformation"; "Digital education for all"; "Promoting administrative reform of Hung Yen province in the period 2022-2025" ... have become a strong driving force, attracting 100% of units and all civil servants, public employees and workers in the whole industry to participate. 100% of civil servants, public employees and workers effectively implement strict compliance with discipline and administrative discipline; Improve professionalism in performing professional and technical tasks; have a spirit and attitude of dedication, seriousness and responsibility in work; follow standards in communication and behavior; regularly cultivate and practice standards of ethics and lifestyle; actively participate in patriotic emulation movements launched and organized by agencies, units and localities. These movements are widely deployed to each unit and locality, promoting the creative and proactive spirit of the staff and the companionship of the people.

New rural construction is one of the key tasks that the industry pays special attention to. In the 2021-2025 period, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism advised and issued over 50 documents guiding and synchronously implementing solutions on leadership, direction, propaganda and organization of implementation of contents according to the fields under the industry's responsibility to ensure effectiveness, creating a widespread influence, contributing to improving the cultural and spiritual life of the people, gradually changing the appearance of the new countryside to be spacious, civilized and rich in identity. Up to now, 100% of communes and residential areas in the province have community cultural and sports activities. In advanced and model new rural communes, each commune has arranged at least 1 public place with at least 10 outdoor sports equipment. The whole province currently has more than 5,000 groups, teams, groups, and cultural, artistic and sports clubs at the grassroots level operating actively. In particular, many clubs have contributed to preserving local folk songs, dances, and traditional folk performances such as Cheo, Ca Tru, and Trong Quan...

Implementing Uncle Ho's teaching "Be healthy to build and protect the Fatherland", the mass physical training and sports movement has developed strongly. The emulation movement in high-performance sports has also left its mark with many athletes winning medals at national and regional competitions, contributing to affirming the position of provincial sports. The whole industry has made efforts to build a civilized, safe and friendly tourism environment with many attractive destinations attracting more than 2 million tourists each year, contributing positively to the socio -economic development of the province.

The highlight of the patriotic emulation movement of the Hung Yen Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is the spirit of innovation and creativity. Civil servants, public employees and workers in the whole industry have actively applied information technology, promoted the digitization of cultural heritage, built a smart tourism database, and brought cultural, sports and tourism events to the digital environment. Specifically, the Provincial Library focused on exploiting and promoting the effectiveness of the electronic information page (http:// thuvienhungyen.vn). The Provincial Museum built a digital museum; digitized documents, filtered documents, added an electronic search index and put the database on the unit's website to serve the work of exploiting and searching for information. The Hung Yen Tourism Promotion Information Center has deployed the installation of QR code boards for tourism information at 13 tourist spots and areas in the province. Thanks to that, the effectiveness of management, promotion and service for people and tourists has been increasingly improved.

Thanks to their efforts in patriotic emulation movements, many groups and individuals in the industry have been honored to receive noble awards from the Party, the State, the Government and the province. This is both recognition and motivation for the Culture, Sports and Tourism industry to continue promoting the spirit of patriotic emulation and better fulfill its tasks in the new period.
