On October 7, the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee continued its second working day.

In the morning, the Central Committee worked at the Hall, discussing the contents discussed in groups on October 6, including: Draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party; expected time, content and program of the 14th Congress of the Party; Draft Working Regulations of the 14th Congress and Election Regulations at the 14th Congress.

Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, on behalf of the Politburo chaired the Conference.

Next, the Central Committee worked in groups, discussing 3 contents: ( i ) Report on the implementation of the 2025 Socio- Economic Development Plan, the projected Socio-Economic Development Plan for 2026. (ii) Report on the assessment of the implementation of the State budget in 2025, the State budget estimate for 2026 and the 3-year National Financial and Budget Plan for 2026-2028. (iii) The 5-year National Financial Plan for the period 2026-2030.

The Central Committee works at the Hall, discussed the contents that the Central Committee had discussed in groups in the morning. Comrade Pham Minh Chinh , Politburo member, Prime Minister, on behalf of the Politburo chaired the Conference.

The Politburo met to give opinions on receiving and explaining the Central Committee's discussion opinions at the Conference./.
