* The Criminal Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police temporarily detained Nguyen Thanh Nam (born 1997), residing in Tung Anh Commune, Duc Tho District, Ha Tinh Province to investigate and clarify the act of "Fraudulent appropriation of property" when Nam "bragged" that he was a union official, defrauding his former classmates of more than 9 billion VND.
