At 4:30 p.m. on October 3, Nghe An Hydrometeorological Station informed about the possibility of thunderstorms, lightning, and strong gusts of wind in many localities.

Specifically, through monitoring satellite cloud images and Vinh weather radar, it shows that the radio feedback area develops in communes in Nghe An province, with the largest reflection being in Tuong Duong commune.

In addition, many other localities are also likely to experience the above extreme weather factors, such as: Muong Quang, Thong Thu, Que Phong, Tri Le, Huu Khuong, Luong Minh, Nhon Mai, Yen Na, Bac Ly, Huoi Tu, Muong Long, My Ly.
