Nghe An organizes the launching of the Photo and Video Contest "Happy Nghe An - Happy Nghe An 2025"

On the afternoon of July 14, the People's Committee of Nghe An province launched the photo and video contest "Happy Nghe An - Happy Nghe An 2025".

The contest "Happy Nghe An - Happy Nghe An 2025" is chaired by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An province, in coordination with the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The contest aims to arouse love for the homeland, pride in the achievements of economic , cultural and social development, natural landscapes, especially the people of Nghe An - rich in affection, hard-working, creative, united and always striving for happiness.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An Tran Thi My Hanh said that through photos and video clips, each citizen and each young person can become an inspirational ambassador, contributing to introducing a dynamic, modern Nghe An but still imbued with its identity, an Nghe An - where everyone can live, study, work and contribute in a safe, friendly and happy environment.

The Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An expressed: "Each citizen, tourist, artist, photographer, and reporter tells their own happy story about Nghe An - through the lens of images and videos to together preserve and spread beautiful, humane and emotional moments."

Entries must be created between January 1, 2023 and October 1, 2025. Submissions will be accepted between July 15, 2025 and October 1, 2025.

Entries must be legal and not infringe copyright. Authors submitting entries must be fully responsible for the copyright of their works. Entries must be highly promotional, meet the criteria of artistic quality from content to form of expression, and must not violate Vietnamese customs and laws.

The Organizing Committee will select the best works to award first, second and third prizes for the two categories of photos and videos. About 100 works that make it to the final round will be selected for exhibition.
