Deputy Chief of the General Staff Nguyen Van Nghia requested to mobilize more artists and actors from theaters and art troupes of military regions... to supplement the force of forming shapes and letters.
On the afternoon of March 13, the Parade and Marching Subcommittee organized joint training for military and militia forces to participate in the parade and march in the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) at 4 clusters.
Attending and inspecting the joint training were Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia - Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Head of the Parade and Marching Subcommittee; Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung - Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army.
This joint training program includes 2 contents: gun dance performance by the Military Ceremonial Group before the official ceremony and the parade and marching program with 2 parts: part 1 is the contents of the Party and State's rituals and ceremonies undertaken by the Ministry of National Defense , joint training of 4 groups; part 2 is the parade and marching, each group will practice in turn.
Inspecting and monitoring the joint training at the clusters, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia praised the agencies and units for focusing on investing in the participating forces. The trainers and teachers actively organized and guided, and especially the officers and soldiers marching and marching in the trained blocks made a lot of progress.
Emphasizing that this is a particularly important political task, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia requested relevant agencies and units to propose to the Emulation and Reward Council of the Ministry of National Defense that all officers and soldiers participating in the parade to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam be commended and have their commendation results reserved for consideration of military rank promotion.
Regarding issues such as training methods at clusters, sense of responsibility, organization and management..., Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia assessed that the units have performed relatively well and evenly.
In addition, the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army noted a number of contents, including the need for agencies and units to pay more attention, invest more, and closely monitor this task.
Specifically, representatives of agencies and units with training blocks need to come to the site to check, evaluate, inquire about the health and encourage the soldiers. All training sessions must have officers from the Command and military branches directly accompanying their blocks to check.
For the 4 clusters, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia suggested that the emulation scores for the blocks should be graded, with daily comments, and that concentrated practice should be organized every 2 days to re-evaluate. Blocks should pay attention to walking in straight lines horizontally, vertically, and diagonally; and should pay attention to movements such as handshakes, salutes, etc. that need to be standardized and consistent.
“The spirit of comrades should be shown in the effort to practice, the effort to coordinate, most importantly the coordination within the ranks, reminding each other to move in a uniform and beautiful manner; paying attention to the spirit of solidarity, competition, and modest learning between teams. Comrades represent a unit, an individual but attached to the collective, the collective but attached to the individual, we must unite and coordinate well" - Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia clearly stated.
In addition, Deputy Chief of the General Staff Nguyen Van Nghia requested the Military Ceremonial Group to coordinate with the Propaganda Department (General Department of Politics) to research and develop programs and plans, mobilize more artists and actors from theaters and art troupes of military regions... to supplement the military band's formation and lettering force, ensuring uniqueness and grandeur.
