Born in Ninh Binh, graduating from the Political Officer School, comrade Luan worked at Division 377, successively holding the positions of: Company Political Commissar, Radar Station Political Commissar, Missile Battalion Political Commissar, and Political Department Propaganda Assistant.

In any position, he always promoted the role of a political officer, completed his tasks well, and contributed to building a strong and comprehensive unit.

Captain Dao Cong Luan shares his experience in writing news and articles.

Over the years, comrade Dao Cong Luan has advised, organized, edited and directly written hundreds of news, articles and photos reflecting the training activities, combat readiness, regular construction and the Emulation Movement for Victory of the Division. His articles are concise, clear, vivid, accurately reflecting reality, and have been published in many newspapers and magazines inside and outside the Army.

Not only good at writing news and articles, he also proactively proposed innovative solutions for propaganda work, combining writing articles for print and electronic newspapers, taking advantage of digital platforms to spread positive information, promptly orienting soldiers' thinking in the face of impacts from cyberspace.

Colonel Do Van Dien, Political Commissar of Division 377, commented: “Comrade Dao Cong Luan is a young, capable cadre, especially passionate about propaganda work. In any position, he always completes his tasks well, many news and articles are published with high quality and high influence.”

With his constant efforts, comrade Luan was awarded many certificates of merit and the title of "Advanced Soldier"; in 2025, he achieved the title of "Grassroots Emulation Soldier".

For him, the greatest reward is the trust and love of his teammates and the positive spread of each propaganda product.
