Recently, a resident of Giai Lac commune discovered a rare loris while gardening. Realizing that this is a wild animal that needs to be strictly protected, the resident proactively contacted and handed it over to the forest rangers.

Specifically, on the afternoon of September 6, Mr. Nguyen Van Suu, residing in Tay Ho hamlet, Giai Lac commune, while gardening, suddenly discovered a small loris in the bushes. Through investigation, Mr. Suu recognized that this is a wild animal belonging to group IB - an endangered and rare group according to the law.

Immediately afterwards, he proactively brought the loris to Giai Lac Commune Police Station, coordinated the handover to Yen Thanh Forest Protection Department, under the witness of local authorities and commune police force.

After being received, the loris has been given a health check and initial care. At the same time, the authorities are carrying out the necessary procedures to release this individual back into the natural environment as soon as possible.
