In the first 6 months of 2025, Rach Dua ward has drastically and synchronously implemented tasks and solutions to support businesses, promote production and business, investment activities of the state and enterprises, so many economic indicators of the ward achieved good results. Specifically, the total revenue of economic sectors in the first 6 months of the year reached 10,200.1 billion VND; of which, trade and service revenue reached 4,455 billion VND; industrial production value reached 5,549.4 billion VND; fishery production value reached 195.7 billion VND.

Party building work has always been focused on leadership, direction, and implementation of resolutions, directives, and conclusions at all levels. Reviewing and supplementing staff planning, training, and fostering are implemented promptly, in accordance with procedures and regulations. Internal political protection, organization building, and consolidation are ensured. Focus on leading the preparation work for the Ward Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term in accordance with regulations.

Speaking at the conference, many people expressed their trust in the leadership of Rach Dua ward and hoped that the two-level local government model would operate smoothly, creating convenience for the people.

Also at the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Rach Dua Ward Nguyen Phuc Hoang answered many issues that people were interested in, related to the operating apparatus of the two-level local government; agricultural land tax; aquaculture situation on Dinh River; policy mechanisms for religious dignitaries, educational institutions, etc. At the same time, the Party Secretary of the ward also informed many plans and solutions to organize stable operations of the two-level local government model; ensure increased budget revenue and prevent budget losses, strengthen the urging of tax arrears payment, speed up the collection of all kinds of funds from the people in 2025.

On this occasion, Rach Dua Ward People's Committee organized a conference to deploy a plan to collect voters' opinions on renaming the neighborhood.

Rach Dua Ward was established on the basis of merging Ward 10, Thang Nhat Ward and Rach Dua Ward of Vung Tau City, the old Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. The Ward has a natural area of ​​19.7 km ² and a population of 76,281 people.
