The process begins with a complete disassembly of the device, a process that takes two hours and requires absolute precision so as not to affect the iPhone Air's ultra-thin structure.
The device was then 3D scanned for 56 hours straight, reconstructing all the details in preparation for the hardware fabrication phase.

Each part, from the back cover, Apple logo, to the bezel and camera cover... are CNC machined from stainless steel, with precision down to the micrometer.
Just for the camera lens alone, G'Ace spent 6 hours carving patterns and 12 hours hand polishing to create a mirror surface that reflects light, contrasting with the magical emerald green plating on the body.

The craftsman spent more than 94 hours of work, divided into more than 10 separate stages, to complete and produce the iPhone Air Aurora Emerald Mix Classic Gold 379/499. This is no longer a technological product, but has become a work of precision mechanics mixed with the art of metalworking.
The most impressive highlight of this version is the DLC plating with Emerald Green color. This is a creative color plating layer exclusively created by G'Ace, developed for more than 2 years by the R&D team in Vietnam, under the leadership of the manufacturer Thang Eric, and has never appeared on any device before, nor has it been applied by any other phone manufacturing unit in the world .

Unlike monochrome industrial paints, this plating layer has the ability to change color vividly depending on light and viewing angle.
The device can glow bright turquoise or deep green like a classic gemstone, depending on the viewing angle and lighting conditions; creating a multi-dimensional visual effect, giving the feeling of holding a gemstone in your hand, instead of just a smartphone.

The 24K gold accents on small details such as the logo border, camera border and buttons highlight the contrasting beauty between the golden gold and the noble blue, creating a harmonious, luxurious overall look that is not duplicated with any other design on the market.

Based on the Sky Blue 512GB iPhone Air prototype, designer Thang Eric and the G'Ace team conducted an elaborate reconstruction process.
During 94 hours of continuous crafting, the original iPhone Air was transformed into a luxury masterpiece called iPhone Air EMERALD, part of the limited AURORA collection, limited to 499 globally, with serial number 379/499.
