Speaking to VietNamNet reporter this evening (January 13), Ms. NTH, residing in Thuy Nguyen City (Hai Phong) confirmed: Her 4-year-old daughter, studying at Thien Huong Kindergarten, in Thien Huong Ward, Thuy Nguyen City, was taken away by a stranger at nearly 4:00 pm this afternoon. As of 9:30 pm, the family still had no information about her.

Ms. H. reported her child's kidnapping to Thien Huong Ward Police.

Regarding the above incident, the leader of Thien Huong Ward People's Committee said: Local authorities are coordinating with the police to search and investigate the suspected kidnapping of a child.

Initially, some clues have been found and it is hoped that the child will soon be found to hand over to his family and stabilize public opinion, this leader informed.

Ms. H. also posted information about the girl on social media and left her phone number in the hope that anyone with information about the girl would inform her family.

Security cameras showed a woman dressed in black, wearing glasses and a black mask, arriving at the kindergarten at around 4 p.m. with the child in tow. She held the child’s hand as she walked, and the child did not protest.
