Mr. Ngo Van Hua, residing in Quarter 2, Rach Gia Ward, is a prestigious person in the ethnic community. He regularly visits each house to listen and share with the people.

Mr. Danh Cuong, a resident of Ward 2, said that what makes people love and trust him the most is Mr. Hua's dedication in bringing new policies and guidelines to each household. Mr. Hua often spends time knocking on each door, explaining in detail so that people can easily understand and implement them. "Thanks to Mr. Hua, we can grasp information quickly and accurately. More importantly, people feel cared for, thereby becoming more attached and united. That is what makes life in the ward warmer and more harmonious," Mr. Danh Cuong said.

As a prestigious person, Mr. Hua always actively participates in community meetings, contributes opinions, and reflects people's thoughts and aspirations to the Party Committee and government. Thanks to his dedication, enthusiasm and responsibility, he has become a solid bridge between the Party, the State and ethnic minorities. Although busy with work, Mr. Hua fully participates in legal knowledge training courses organized by the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions. Mr. Hua expressed: "Having been elected by the people as a prestigious person, I am always aware of my responsibility to the community. Therefore, I strive to promote my role to mobilize people to unite, develop the economy and fulfill the local political tasks well."

With nearly 30 years of Party membership, Mr. Hua is not only an exemplary Party member but also a good and dynamic farmer and businessman. His white salt business has been in operation for more than 15 years. Each year, the business supplies more than 1,000 tons of salt to the market, earning tens of millions of VND. In addition, Mr. Hua's salt business also creates stable jobs for at least 7 workers, not to mention transport drivers. On average, each worker earns from 6 million VND/month.

Mr. Le Hoang Khoi - Secretary of Ward 2 Party Cell commented: "Although the Khmer ethnic group makes up the majority, the people still trust and elect Mr. Hua, a Chinese ethnic group, as a prestigious person. That proves his attachment, prestige and important role to the ethnic community. Mr. Hua is always close to reality, promptly grasps the thoughts and aspirations of the people and proactively proposes appropriate solutions to solve problems arising in the residential area."
