The starting price for this restaurant area is 3.04 billion VND/year. The additional amount due to the auction through 63 steps is over 12 billion VND/year.

According to the regulations, the auction winner must pay a one-time fee for a 10-year lease term totaling VND151.5 billion. Thus, the daily rental price of this land is approximately VND41.6 million/day.
