Real estate companies' 9-month reports show that apartment supply in Ho Chi Minh City has shown signs of improvement in the third quarter of 2025, but the market is still in a state of scarcity compared to real demand, causing selling prices to continue to be under increasing pressure in both the primary and secondary markets. The efforts of the Government and Ho Chi Minh City in removing legal obstacles have helped many projects in the city to be cleared, which will be the biggest driving force to increase new supply in the near future (quarter IV of 2025 and 2026).
In that context, Sunshine Group Joint Stock Company said that the company's two projects in Tan My and Phu Thuan wards have just had their legal problems resolved by city leaders and departments to continue implementation and bring products to market.

Sunshine Group's project in Phu Thuan ward restarted after a period of stagnation.
Specifically, more than 20 towers of the Sunshine Sky City and Noble Crystal Riverside projects located in the South of Ho Chi Minh City have just had their legal issues resolved to continue construction and hand over houses in the near future.
Previously, both Sunshine Sky City and Noble Crystal Riverside projects with a total of 6,500 apartments were under construction and were considered "bright spots" in terms of progress. However, due to legal procedures, some buildings could not quickly deploy to launch to the market as planned.
In addition to the two projects above, Sunshine Group is also preparing to launch nearly 7,000 beach apartments at the Sunshine Bay Retreat Vung Tau project, for young people. This project has a scale of nearly 20 hectares on the most beautiful Chi Linh beach in Vung Tau, now Phuoc Thang ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
