Vietnam Airlines officially introduced the Check-in Lounge service to passengers at Terminal T3 - Tan Son Nhat International Airport. This is the first service to appear in Vietnam, designed specifically for high-end customers including VIP, CIP, Million Miles (MM) members, Platinum Lotusmiles members and Business Class passengers.

With its own private area, the Check-in Lounge is separate from the public area, ensuring absolute privacy and comfort. Here, passengers do not need to queue to check in but can relax comfortably in a luxurious check-in space. A team of specialized staff will proactively carry out the entire check-in process and support each individual need, providing a classy reception experience like in the lobby of a luxury hotel.

Completely different from the traditional priority check-in counter, Check-in Lounge not only helps save time but also becomes a special touch point in the 5-star experience chain, providing high-class service for high-end customers, enhancing the value of the Vietnam Airlines brand.

With an area of ​​over 270 m², Tan Son Nhat Check-in Lounge is located right next to the first entrance of the terminal. The space is designed in a luxurious and sophisticated style. There are 6 separate check-in counters and nearly 40 comfortable seats, creating a private and classy space where passengers can comfortably rest and complete procedures quickly and conveniently.

Passengers do not need to queue to check in but will be assisted with check-in right in the premium waiting area.
