"Employer of Choice 2023" is a non-profit survey that will be launched in late November 2023 and will end online voting on January 9, 2024.

There were more than 62,000 responses, of which more than 39,000 people of different ages and occupations nationwide participated in answering and voting in the survey.

The results show that Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( Techcombank ) leads the group of 100 large enterprises voted as the most favorite recruiting enterprise in 2023.

Market research company Amco Vietnam has supported the methodology to ensure the transparency and reliability of this survey results.

CareerViet General Director Bui Ngoc Quoc Hung said that the "Employer of Choice 2023" program to find and honor the most favorite employer this time is not a race for reputation. There, businesses demonstrate their commitment to social responsibility and care for human resources, creating a positive ripple effect.

Ms. Tran Lien Phuong, Deputy General Director of Amco Vietnam, said there were many interesting things and issues that emerged through the survey.

In addition to business success and a positive work environment, employees want to see the company make positive contributions to the community and society. Surveys show that people's satisfaction with their jobs declines over time.

"It is getting harder to retain employees, which means they are not satisfied with their jobs and so they leave. Young people now have too many opportunities, many things to do, life has become easier," Ms. Phuong said.

In addition, employees also care about business acumen, promotion opportunities, salary, benefits... It is also impressive when businesses actively contribute to social activities, from effective and sustainable human resource programs.
