'The music I sing is cultured and not just for the rich'

At the event announcing the Sketch a rose concert, when asked: many people say that Ha Anh Tuan's concerts always sell out despite the high prices and having to "hunt for tickets" in a flash, not everyone can buy them; so from then on, they thought that Ha Anh Tuan's music is only for those with money and conditions, the male singer born in 1984 (who rose to fame from the Sao Mai Diem Hen 2006 contest) calmly answered all questions.

Singer Ha Anh Tuan wore a red flag shirt with a yellow star to celebrate the victory of Vietnamese football, at the press conference on the afternoon of January 6.

He shared: "Saying that Ha Anh Tuan's music is for rich people is too unfair to me. No singer can dare to say that he only sings for rich people to listen to. Don't be so ungrateful to the public and all audiences. I am lucky to be loved by the audience because the music I sing is the most real, sincere and natural thing in me; and this makes music lovers sympathize. It must be said that Ha Anh Tuan's music is 'cultured music'. Anyone who wants to equip themselves with culture, wants to listen to cultured music, please come to Ha Anh Tuan; because my 'strategy' is cultured music."

"I hope that Sketch a rose 's music in Ho Chi Minh City will bring happiness and faith in good things to the audience at the two shows. Music needs to go beyond all pleasant sounds to become inspiration and motivation to live bravely for everyone and for yourself," Ha Anh Tuan added.

With the live concert Sketch a rose, taking place on the evening of March 8-9 at The Global City (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City), after having painstakingly brought the entire crew to perform at the Esplanade "durian" Theater (Singapore) and the Sydney Opera House "shell" Theater (Australia), Ha Anh Tuan said this will be a "big game" for himself and for Vietnamese music when gathering more than 150 artists to perform on stage, including a light band, a symphony orchestra and the largest choir ever.

The live concert Sketch a rose marks the first collaboration between Ha Anh Tuan and world piano legend Yiruma (Korea). In addition to performing classic hits, Yiruma will perform with Ha Anh Tuan on both nights. However, Ha Anh Tuan said: "Yiruma is only a part of the music night, the biggest highlight is still the performance of Vietnamese music, of Vietnamese artists with beautiful sounds, the latest songs of talented young artists such as Vu Cat Tuong, Vu., Khang - Chillies, Phan Manh Quynh, Thanh Nghiep...".

The live concert also featured two guest singers, Lam Truong and rising young singer Quang Hung MasterD. Ha Anh Tuan said the reason for inviting Lam Truong to sing this time was because of "youthful memories" from when he was a music-loving male student, loving Lam Truong's hits back then.

As for Quang Hung MasterD, Ha Anh Tuan said he likes the "truth" and sincerity in this young male singer's compositions. "I also want to be friends with talented young people, so I can learn more," Ha Anh Tuan shared.

The general director of the live concert Sketch a rose , Cao Trung Hieu, said: "This show will have the largest audience compared to all of Ha Anh Tuan's shows so far. We will reserve a certain number of tickets at the most suitable prices for students, as Ha Anh Tuan has long wished; and will arrange comfortable seats for all the audience to come to the show, so that everyone can fully enjoy the beautiful music of Sketch a rose ."

Ha Anh Tuan is admired by a wide audience for his positive personal image and the civilized music he pursues.

The music director of Sketch a rose is musician Nguyen Huu Vuong; the conductor of the symphony orchestra is conductor Tran Nhat Minh; musician Ho Hoai Anh is in charge of harmony and choir; the program's production director is Vo Do Minh Hoang.

Previously, on January 1, Ha Anh Tuan also officially released two albums , Bright Horizon and Vietnamese People - part of the Bright Horizon project on online music streaming platforms in Vietnam. The duo albums are the 11th studio project of singer Ha Anh Tuan, in collaboration with Japanese music legend Kitaro and musician Vo Thien Thanh.
