While going to Hoc Mon agricultural wholesale market, Mr. Kim Hung Cuong dropped more than 40 million VND, four 2 USD bills and the vehicle registration. Only 3 minutes later, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Huong picked them up and brought them to the police to hand them over.

On December 19, Hoc Mon District Police (HCMC) informed that Ba Diem Commune Police had returned the property to the person who lost it, Mr. Kim Hung Cuong (residing in Ba Diem Commune, Hoc Mon District).

Before that, at around 4:00 p.m. on December 18, Mr. Cuong rode his motorbike from his rented room in Ba Diem commune (Hoc Mon district) to the Hoc Mon agricultural and food wholesale market to work.

At this time, Mr. Cuong dropped a plastic bag containing 40,520,000 VND, four 2 USD bills and a vehicle registration.

About 3 minutes later, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Huong (residing in Hoc Mon district) passed by and picked up the above property and brought it to Ba Diem Commune Police to hand it over. The incident of Mr. Cuong dropping the property and Ms. Huong picking it up was recorded by a security camera.

After receiving the case, Ba Diem Commune Police quickly informed and found the owner of the lost property.

That same afternoon, after learning the information, Mr. Cuong went to Ba Diem Commune Police to report the loss of property.

At the meeting, witnessed by Ba Diem Commune Police officers, Mr. Cuong sincerely thanked Ms. Huong and fully confirmed the lost property.
