Hanoi National University of Education directly admits candidates who are eligible for direct admission as stipulated in the University Admission Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training. After determining the candidates who are directly admitted, the University will consider the remaining enrollment quota for each training major according to three methods PT1, PT2, PT3 (not dividing the quota separately for each method or admission combination).

For a training program, all candidates are considered equally based on scores according to a common scale, ensuring equivalence in meeting the level of meeting the entrance requirements of the program.

The system considers admission for each training major, automatically taking the highest score among the considered scores (the most advantageous score, most beneficial to the candidate); adding priority points according to region, policy subjects (if any) according to regulations and considering from high to low until all enrollment quotas for each major are met.

For a major or training program, all candidates are selected equally and objectively based on the admission score and equivalent conversion score between admission methods and combinations, regardless of the priority order of registration wishes.

Admitted candidates (including direct admission candidates) must confirm online enrollment on the Ministry of Education and Training's System (before 5:00 p.m. on August 26) before enrolling online and in person at Hanoi National University of Education.

After 5:00 p.m. on August 26, if the admission has not been confirmed on the Ministry of Education and Training's System, the candidate cannot enroll online on the School's System.

Candidates enroll online on the School's Admission System at https://nhaphoc.hnue.edu.vn/ from August 27 to 5:00 p.m. on August 28, 2025.

For candidates who do not enroll within the prescribed time limit, without a valid reason, it will be considered as a refusal to enroll and the School has the right not to accept them.
