Every year, on the 5th of January, the Ngoc Hoi - Dong Da Victory Festival is held to commemorate the merits of the cloth-clothed hero Quang Trung - Nguyen Hue, along with the generals, Tay Son insurgents and people who bravely fought against foreign invaders to protect the nation's independence.

Speaking at the press conference, Vice Chairman of Dong Da District People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Tung said: "This year, the festival will be held for 3 days, from February 2 to 4 (ie from January 5 to 7, At Ty year). The difference is that this year the celebration will be held on the evening of February 2, at Dong Da Cultural Park, instead of in the morning like every year. The highlight is the special art program with the theme "Dong Da - Golden history - Steadfast future.

The unique art program is built in the form of semi-realistic scenes combined with modern 3D mapping technology, telling history in a modern and new way, subtly transformed by special effects, attractive music and diverse forms of expression such as: Singing, circus, dance, drum performance...

In which, 3D mapping technology will redraw the heroic picture with light, giving viewers realistic, vivid and impressive visual experiences..."
