In women's movements at the grassroots level, there are increasingly many typical examples in economic development, spreading the spirit of solidarity, sharing, and practically supporting members to improve their lives.

As the President of the Women's Association of Dong Truong village (Tra My commune), Ms. Phan Thi Lanh has always been trusted and loved by members and people. With a friendly lifestyle and a high sense of responsibility, she has initiated many good models, contributing to deepening the women's movement.

Not only focusing on building strong branches, she also actively supports other branches by sharing experiences, guiding activities, and mobilizing members to participate in the movement.

Ms. Vo Thi Hong Que, President of the Women's Union of Tra My commune, said: "The spirit of "a strong branch guiding a struggling branch" initiated by Ms. Lanh has created uniformity and spread the vitality of the movement throughout the commune."

Ms. Lanh is also closely involved in the movement “Building a family of 5 no’s, 3 clean’s”, persistently mobilizing each member household to build garbage pits, plant green fences, and tidy up their gardens. Thereby, the rural landscape is increasingly clean and beautiful.

Along with the association's work, she also devoted much of her heart to humanitarian and charitable activities such as "Piggy Bank with Children Going to School", "Charitable Meals", "Zero-Dong Wardrobe"... These efforts have helped the School Board Association achieve the title of excellent and strong for many years in a row, and Ms. Lanh has received many certificates of merit from the association at all levels.

In Hoa Cuong ward, Mrs. Nguyen Chien is known as the “kind heart” of the women’s movement. Despite her advanced age, Mrs. Chien still persistently maintains the “Loving Saturday” program, cooking and distributing hundreds of free meals to people in difficult circumstances.

Not stopping there, she also regularly mobilizes and connects to organize charity trips to disaster-stricken areas, bringing warm sharing.

Ms. Dinh Thi Que, Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Hoa Cuong Ward, shared: "With her persistent contributions, Ms. Nguyen Chien was recently honored as a typical example of volunteering nationwide. This is not only a worthy recognition for Ms. Chien but also a source of pride for the Hoa Cuong women's movement, contributing to strengthening the great national solidarity bloc."

In Tam Hai commune, member Hoang Thi Bich Phuong is known as a shining example in the women’s movement. Not only devoted to the association’s work, Ms. Phuong also often shares with women in difficult circumstances.

During holidays and Tet alone, she has mobilized and given many gifts with a total value of more than 150 million VND to single women and poor children.

Along with volunteer activities, Ms. Phuong also takes on the role of Captain of the village's folk dance and volleyball team. With enthusiasm, she and the members create many exciting performances, contributing to creating a healthy playground, improving health and uniting members.

She is also a pioneer in the movement “Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean”, cultural - sports , humanitarian and charity activities. In any movement, her image as a dedicated and exemplary member leaves a clear mark.

Ms. Bui Thi Chung Thuy, President of the Women's Union of Tam Hai commune, affirmed that Ms. Phuong's exemplary and enthusiastic actions have contributed to creating a strong grassroots women's movement, while also inspiring many other members to contribute.

“Reality shows that role models like Ms. Hoang Thi Bich Phuong are not only typical individuals but also the nucleus of building great solidarity, affirming the role and position of women in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas. From specific actions, the exemplary spirit continues to spread, arousing responsibility and promoting the women's movement to develop more and more sustainably,” Ms. Thuy said.
