Ninh Binh has 2 more national intangible cultural heritages

Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung has just signed a Decision to announce 8 more national intangible cultural heritages.

Of which, Ninh Binh has 2 heritages listed this time: Traditional handicraft of Ninh Hai embroidery - lace (Ninh Hai commune, Hoa Lu district) and Mo Muong social customs and beliefs.

Thus, up to now, Ninh Binh owns 6 national intangible cultural heritages. The 4 previously recognized heritages are: Hoa Lu Festival, Xam singing art, Binh Hai village festival, Ninh Van stone carving craft.

According to the Decisions, the Chairmen of People's Committees at all levels where intangible cultural heritages are included in the List, within the scope of their duties and powers, shall carry out state management in accordance with the provisions of law on cultural heritage.
