Ninh Giang reduces 476 cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers

On the afternoon of December 16, the 21st Conference of the Party Executive Committee of Ninh Giang district, term XXV (expanded) reviewed the summary report on the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW on a number of issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently.

According to the report, from 2017 to 2024, the number of cadres, civil servants and part-time workers at the commune level, and part-time workers in villages and residential areas has decreased by 476 people (a decrease of 34.4%), including 119 cadres, 83 civil servants, 142 part-time workers at the commune level, and 132 part-time workers in villages and residential areas.

Ninh Giang District Party Committee currently has 37 Party cells and affiliated Party Committees (including 16 Party Committees of communes and towns, 21 Party cells of agencies); a decrease of 16 Party organizations compared to 2017.

According to Ninh Giang District Party Secretary Pham Van Khanh, the establishment, merger and dissolution of organizations and units were carried out in accordance with regulations and in accordance with the actual situation of the district. After the reorganization, the basic organizational apparatus quickly stabilized and went into operation to meet the requirements of the tasks.
