Ninh Phuoc: Summary of 5 years of implementing Decree No. 21/2019/ND-CP

On May 24, the Ninh Phuoc District Defense Zone Steering Committee held a conference to review 5 years of implementing Decree No. 21/2019/ND-CP of the Government on Defense Zones.

Over the past 5 years, the Steering Committee for KVPT of Ninh Phuoc district has led and directed the strict implementation of Resolution No. 21/2019/ND-CP of the Government on KVPT in a comprehensive manner. Thereby, it has maintained political security, social order and safety, built a favorable environment contributing to socio-economic development, and met the requirements of national defense and security tasks in the district.

In the coming time, the Steering Committee for the KVPT of Ninh Phuoc district will continue to strengthen the work of dissemination, information, propaganda, raising awareness and responsibility of all levels, branches, socio-political organizations and the entire population on the task of building the KVPT. Promote the combination of socio-economic development with strengthening national defense and security, creating material and technical resources to build an increasingly solid KVPT. Well perform the function of "Working Army", actively carry out mass mobilization work, participate in building the political system at the grassroots level; consolidate and strengthen the relationship of military-civilian solidarity, build a solid "People's heart position". Continue to take care of building the district's armed forces to be strong in politics, ideology, organization, truly the core to strengthen the potential of national defense and security; build a reserve mobilization force, militia and self-defense force, and commune-level police force in accordance with regulations. Well organize the district's KVPT drills; drills on flood and storm prevention, search and rescue; Conduct combat drills in communes and towns in the KVPT. Close coordination between the military , police and militia forces in organizing and practicing plans to protect Party committees, authorities and agencies at all levels; proactively handle situations related to political security and social order and safety in the area.
