NTO - Reorganizing Vocational Education Center

On February 20, the Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to listen to the report on the Project to reorganize the Center for Vocational Education (VET) - Continuing Education (CTE) of Ninh Phuoc, Ninh Son and Thuan Bac districts. Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

According to the reorganization plan, the Provincial People's Committee will transfer the vocational education tasks from the above 3 centers to Ninh Thuan Vocational College; transfer the tasks of continuing education and career guidance to the Provincial Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center. Regarding the organizational structure: Develop a project to reorganize Ninh Thuan Vocational College in conjunction with perfecting the functions, tasks and powers of the unit; in which, establish a Vocational Education and Business Relations Center under Ninh Thuan Vocational College (on the basis of rearranging and re-arranging the number of employees of the 3 Vocational Education and Continuing Education Centers of Ninh Phuoc, Ninh Son and Thuan Bac districts); develop a project to rename the Provincial Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center to the Provincial Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center. Personnel at the 3 centers will be transferred to the Department of Education and Training, Ninh Thuan Vocational College, Ninh Phuoc, Ninh Son and Thuan Bac District People's Committees to receive and assign work. The time to complete the arrangement is no later than March 31, 2024.

Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the efforts of departments, branches, localities and units in developing the Project to reorganize the Center for Continuing Education and Vocational Training in Ninh Phuoc, Ninh Son and Thuan Bac districts. He basically agreed and requested the Department of Home Affairs to absorb the opinions of the delegates to complete the project to submit to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for comments from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; departments, branches, localities and units to carry out ideological work and propaganda well so that the staff and workers at the centers clearly understand the province's viewpoints and policies, thereby reaching consensus and unanimity in implementing the project; continue to promote the effectiveness of facilities and equipment, avoid loss and waste; do not disrupt training and fostering activities and create problems when reorganizing the centers.
