On September 22, Chinese media reported that actress Sui Tang and her husband were sued by the management board of a luxury apartment complex in Dazhi (Taipei) for unpaid management fees of 113,967 yuan (over 400 million VND).

According to Mirror Weekly , the building's management filed a lawsuit as creditors, demanding that the couple pay all outstanding fees by July. They emphasized that, as the apartment owner, the actress had an obligation to pay the full operating costs, but they sent repeated reminder letters but received no response.
However, the trial process showed that the lawsuit contained errors when the mailing address did not match the household registration of Tuy Duong and her husband, making it difficult to prove that she had actually received the notice. The court temporarily dismissed the lawsuit and requested additional information. However, information about the debt quickly spread, causing much controversy among the public.
Tuy Duong and her husband spent more than 60 billion VND to buy a 138m2 duplex apartment (including 8th and 9th floors) with 2 parking spaces, taking more than 1 year to complete the luxurious interior. However, since moving in, her family has been constantly complained about loud noises at night and early morning, believed to be caused by 3 small children playing.
Although the actress repeatedly affirmed that she had "tried her best" by adding more flooring and installing shock-absorbing foam under the stairs, neighbors still said it was not enough, leading to a dispute that lasted through two mediations in court without reaching an agreement.

Born in 1980, Sui Tang is a famous Taiwanese (Chinese) actress, MC and model, best known to audiences for her role as Xie An Chen in the film Good Wife (2010). She also participated in many popular TV series such as: Love Magic (2006), Those Happy Years (2009) and was invited to host the 2008 Golden Horse Awards.
