During the two hours, the audience was infused with a positive energy, beyond the expectations of a normal course test. This reflects a remarkable trend: private training "incubators" are becoming an attractive choice, especially for young people who are passionate but limited in time or conditions to study in a formal system.

Flexible classes, usually in the evening, create favorable conditions for both students and working people to pursue their dreams. There are students who are just in 11th grade, people who are MCs who want to perfect their skills, or young people from Gia Lai , Quang Ninh, Nghe An... or a Taiwanese student who speaks Vietnamese like a native also come here to learn.

The proof is that the K18 students had to face a tough and difficult competition night with 5 consecutive subjects: Stage Voice, Body, Vocals, Dance and Makeup. The program was cleverly designed into a seamless story, requiring the young people to write their own scripts, dialogues, and be creative in their costumes to be able to transform "in a flash". From catwalk performances, selling goods, reading stories, rapping to introduce themselves, to dramatic action scenes, or a long scene without a single line of dialogue describing the heroic war to defend the country of the Vietnamese army and people... All were performed gracefully, the audience was sometimes moved, sometimes laughed out loud in the auditorium, extremely interesting.

Director Quoc Thao, the founder of the stage, shared the multi-talented training orientation for students, not only limited to drama but also expanding to fields such as MC, film, MV so that they have more opportunities to earn a living. He said his clear purpose: "The exam is a bit heavy, but I want the students to do their best to know their strengths and weaknesses, then adjust and supplement. And the design of the performances is also diverse, with tragedy, comedy, horror, for the students to experience."

Hong Van Stage has also been a very strong private training "furnace" for over 10 years now. People's Artist Hong Van also designs a variety of subjects and has very high requirements for students.

She said: "The harder you study, the easier it will be for you to work later. Of course, we only teach the most basic subjects in your major so that you can shorten the time and start working soon. Later, if you want to learn more about theory, you can take the entrance exam to a regular school or study on your own in many ways, which is also more convenient." This method not only helps students adapt quickly to the professional working environment but also contributes to discovering new factors.

In fact, many young people after graduating from private "furnaces" have been equipped with some basic knowledge, so they boldly take the entrance exam to formal schools to improve their skills. It can be said that private training stages are increasingly asserting their position, being the place to help young theater talents realize their dreams.
