Accordingly, the City Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term consists of 78 comrades; the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term consists of 20 comrades. Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the City National Assembly Delegation for the 2020-2025 term Le Tien Chau holds the position of Secretary of the City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. The Deputy Secretaries of the City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term are: Do Manh Hien, Le Ngoc Chau, Le Van Hieu, Pham Van Lap hold the position of Deputy Secretaries of the City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The Hai Phong City Party Committee's delegation to attend the 14th National Party Congress includes 44 official delegates and 3 alternate delegates.
