Electing three additional members of the 13th Party Central Committee's Inspection Commission, including comrades: Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office; Nguyen Hong Linh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee; Doan Anh Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province.

Agreed to let comrade Duong Van An, member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, cease to hold the position of member of the 13th Party Central Committee.

The Party Central Committee worked in groups and discussed the following contents: Report summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee on a number of issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently; Report reviewing the leadership and direction of the Politburo and the Secretariat in 2024; Supplementary project on socio-economic development in 2025 with a growth target of 8% or higher; Supplementary project on the 5-year assessment report on the implementation of the 10-year socio-economic development strategy for 2021 - 2030, directions and tasks for socio-economic development in 2026-2030 with the growth target for the 2026-2030 period reaching double digits continuously in the years.
