Allocating 5 billion VND to support provinces severely damaged by storm No. 10 and the circulation of storm No. 11.

With the agreement of the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee on the plan to allocate mobilized resources to support provinces and cities damaged by storm No. 10 (Bualoi) and the circulation of storm No. 11 (Matmo) as proposed by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Official Dispatch No. 490 dated October 9, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee transferred 4 billion VND to support 8 provinces severely damaged by storm No. 10, including: Quang Tri, Ninh Binh, Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Son La (each province 500 million VND). At the same time, 1 billion VND was allocated from the Provincial Relief Fund to support Thai Nguyen province, which was severely damaged by storm No. 10 and the circulation of storm No. 11. The total amount allocated to support provinces to overcome damage caused by the first storm is 5 billion VND.

Currently, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee continues to mobilize and receive support from agencies, organizations, units, businesses, people of all walks of life, and religious organizations in the province to share difficulties and contribute to helping people in storm and flood areas stabilize their lives soon. The support period is until October 31, 2025.
