The Standing Committee of Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee has just announced the transfer and appointment of directors of departments after the merger.
On February 18, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh, Secretary of Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, signed a notice assigning, transferring, and appointing cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Accordingly, Mr. Dang Kim Cuong, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, was assigned and appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment after the merger of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. Mr. Tran Hai, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, was assigned and appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs after the merger.
Mobilize and appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phu, Chairman of Phan Rang - Thap Cham City People's Committee, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Finance after the merger between the Department of Finance and the Department of Planning and Investment.
Appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Vinh, Director of the Department of Transport, to the position of Director of the Department of Construction after the merger of the Department of Transport and the Department of Construction. Appoint Mr. Dao Xuan Ky, Director of the Department of Information and Communications, to the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology.
Appoint Mr. Nguyen Minh Thai, Director of Radio and Television Station, to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Press and Communication Center after the merger.
Mobilize and appoint Ms. Pi Nang Thi Hon, Head of the Ethnic Committee, Provincial People's Council, to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions after the merger.
Mobilize and appoint Mr. Tran Duc Long, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, to hold the position of Deputy
Director of the Department of Health in charge of social protection, children, and social evils.
Appoint and transfer Mr. Nguyen Tri Long, Director of the Department of Information and Communications, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in charge of the fields of press, publishing and information.
Appoint Mr. Pham Minh Tan, Director of the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, to hold the position of Director of the Land Fund Development and Construction Investment Project Management Board after the merger.
Assign, transfer and appoint Mr. Le Pham Quoc Vinh, Director of the Department of Construction, to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee to replace Mr. Ho Si Son who has transferred to another job.
Appoint and transfer Mr. Le Minh Tuan, Director of the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil and Industrial Works to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board.
Assign Mr. Le Xuan Tu, Deputy Director of the Department of Capacity Building and Implementation of ODA Projects in the Water Sector to be in charge of operating the department until the position of director is completed.
Assign Mr. Ho Xuan Ninh, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to hold the position of Director of the Department of Industry and Trade. Assign Mr. Truong Minh Vu, Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Council to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Justice.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee also agreed to let the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee direct the implementation of personnel appointment procedures according to the regulations on decentralization of cadres for a number of cadres.
Establishment of Party Committees of Party agencies and Party Committees of Provincial People's Committees
The Standing Committee of Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee also decided to terminate the activities of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises and establish two new Party Committees.
Specifically, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies includes grassroots party organizations in the advisory and support agencies, public service units of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, People's Procuracy, People's Court, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State to perform provincial-level tasks transferred by the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises.
The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee includes grassroots party organizations in specialized agencies, public service units under the Provincial People's Committee, a number of State-owned enterprises, party organizations of central agencies and units operating in the province transferred by the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies - Enterprises, and Ninh Son, Ninh Hai, and Bac Ai district Party Committees.
